Being a Darrow parent is just as unique as being a Darrow student.               

Parents are always welcome and are encouraged to visit campus often. We have two official Parents’ Weekends, one in the fall and one in the spring. Our students love showing their families what they have been up to since they left home, be it their artwork displayed in the Joline Arts Center, their fancy footwork out on the soccer field, or the lines they memorized for the Fall Theater Production.

Advisors are in continual contact with their advisees’ parents   to keep them informed of their child’s progress.
Students often  remark on how much their parents are in the loop. “I don’t do  well on a vocabulary test at 9:30 in the morning, and my mom   is calling me at 7:30 before study hall to give me study   tips on how I can prepare better for the next test. It is ridiculous,” one student says with a smile. “My mom knows everything, and she is over 100 miles away!”
